Probably the best concept class on this forum. However, it won't happen now since there's already the ritualist that have spells that make urns... So it's kinda similar and therefore this prob won't happen. Altough, if any class on this forum would be put in the game, it would be this one. It's the only class around here that I really find to my liking.
Good job.

I might be a bit insane, but I love this concept class, and I believe this is exactly the kind of concept class Arenanet needs to take a close look at if they want to be different than all the other rpgs out there.
Silly as it might be, it does sound very interesting from the skill ideas.

Busy Man:Just get me his number!
Ceramisist(sneaks up behind busy man):Create Soft Pot!
Ceramisist hits guy on the back of his head, pot shatters.
Busy Man(rubbing his head):Ow, that hurt.That really really hurt.But now im better.Security!
Ceramisist:Uh, Create Soft Pot, Slow Bake!
Ceramisist hits busy man on back if head(again).
Busy Man:Ouch, that hurt even more!Security!
Security:Thats it, your gonna die!
Ceramicist:Uh, Cloud Of Sand!
Security:When the dust is gone, we kill you!
Dust blows away.
Ceramisist:Uh-oh.
Gruesome scene that, if it was on TV, would be censored.
To make it short and not gruesome, the Ceramisist is decapacitated.
Ceramisist's Ghost:Well, that magic didnt really work.

One of the main reasons I picked up Guild Wars over all the other mmorpg's is the 'Mesmer' class.... simply because i felt it was something different, a little odd... and something that could become annoying beyond all belief if played well.
thankyou for your time -grinz-

I really don't know what to say about this class....it's definitely creative....hmmm...
*actually took some time to make a suggestion*
How about if the pots they make can be set down and cause a certain area effect until they are are destroyed (Large, Huge) or expire in duration (Small Medium)....and their weapon can be the tool they use to place the pots in the kiln?
It's a great concept, but it's a bit....half baked....

i didn't finish reading the rest of the responses, but i think ken is definitely onto something with this. I love the ingenuity behind this class. If something as game-altering as area-of-effect items (similar to spirits, but different modifiers) could be implemented, we'd have yet another tweak to the game to re-work and re-build around (which the game needs so players don't get bored). Very creative idea OP, I'd make a char of this right away.

I Think the class would.... make a little more sense, if you had skills like creating small statues. When you place it, it creates a ward-like effect in that spot untill it runs out. Or maybe they could last permanently, untill someone damages it enouph.
They could also have a skill where you create an exact copy of yourself that stands frozen and completely still as a decoy, and it's actually a statue.
I Also think Artisan would be a better name, but it's your concept.

I LIKE. the idea of the pot exploding or falling apart over time and dealing a masive amout of damage, i only feal as if they are dealing to much damage so if they did make it deal that much damage im sure they would just nurf it. but good idea.
